Terms of Use — Certify Supplier Portal

1. About the portal

The Certify Supplier Portal is operated by Tom Carter trading as Joule ("we", "us", "our").


2. Use of the portal

The portal allows approved suppliers to manage plant model information, checklist content, and related account information.

Access is limited to authorised users. You must keep login links and account access secure.


3. Supplier responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • information you upload is accurate and up to date
  • you have the right to submit the materials and content you provide
  • checklist content is suitable for the relevant equipment
  • your organisation reviews submitted content before relying on it

4. Review and approval workflow

Submission through the portal does not guarantee publication or approval. We may review, reject, request changes to, or remove submitted content.


5. Platform integrity

You must not attempt to interfere with the portal, bypass access controls, scrape unauthorised data, or upload malicious content.


6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your original supplier materials, but you grant us a limited right to host, review, process, and display submitted content as required to operate the portal and linked Certify services.


7. Availability

We may update, suspend, or withdraw the portal or parts of it at any time.


8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the portal, including losses linked to rejected submissions, delayed publication, or reliance on supplier-uploaded content.


9. Privacy

Use of the portal is also governed by the Privacy Policy.


10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
